The Uniview IPC3614LB-AF28K-DL2 is a 4MP Dual-Light PoE Dome IP Camera designed for reliable network surveillance. It features a 1/3.0-inch CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 2560 × 1440 at up to 25fps, along with a 2.8mm fixed F1.6 lens that provides a wide 93.2° horizontal field of view.
The camera delivers detailed 4MP video at 2560 × 1440 resolution up to 25fps. It also supports 3MP at up to 30fps and 1080P at up to 30fps for flexible video configuration.
The 2.8mm fixed lens with F1.6 aperture provides a 93.2° horizontal, 51.5° vertical, and 108.0° diagonal field of view, making it suitable for monitoring relatively wide areas.
The camera features a dual-light illumination system with both IR and warm-light illumination up to 30 meters (98.4 ft). The IR system operates at 850nm, while Smart IR helps manage infrared illumination for nighttime surveillance.
The camera also features an IR-cut filter with automatic switching (ICR) for day/night operation.
The camera supports DWDR (Digital Wide Dynamic Range) to improve image performance in varying lighting conditions. Additional image enhancement features include 2D/3D DNR, HLC, BLC, Smart IR, and Digital Defog.
It also supports multiple white-balance modes and flexible image flip options, including vertical, horizontal, 180°, and 90° rotation settings.

The camera supports Ultra Motion Detection, Motion Detection, Audio Detection, and Tampering Alarm. These features provide multiple event-detection options for surveillance monitoring.
A built-in microphone is included for audio capture. The camera supports AAC-LC, G.711U, and G.711A audio compression. Two-way audio is not supported, and the built-in speaker is not available.
For local recording, the camera supports MicroSD cards up to 512GB. It also supports ANR (Automatic Network Replenishment) and NAS using NFS, providing additional storage and recording options.
The camera supports both DC 12V ±25% and IEEE 802.3af PoE power supply. Its 1 × RJ45 10/100M Base-TX Ethernet port provides network connectivity.
